Guidelines for poster

To present a poster at the workshop, first submit an abstract before April 15th. May 5th. See Guidelines for abstract submission page.

Printing service

Workshop organizers offer you to print your poster at Université Paris-Saclay so you can travel light on the outward journey.

1. Poster requirement: A0 dimension
2. Template : file to download.
3. Submission deadline: May 20th 2025
4. Submission procedure: after acceptance notification, go to your account and modify your abstract deposit. Attach your poster file as a supplementary file. Upload only PDF file to keep layout.

Flash presentation

To introduce each poster session, each poster author will have the opportunity to tease audience with a flash presentation.

1. Presentation time: 2 minutes
2. Only 2 slides allowed
3. Mandatory upload of slides before the workshop. Submission deadline: June 2nd 2025
4. Submission procedure: after acceptance notification, go to your account and modify your abstract deposit. Attach your presentation file as a supplementary file. Upload only PDF file to keep layout.
